Kaleidsocope: From Fundraising to Show
As Creative Director & Head of Fundraising for Kaleidoscope, I led a team of 15 to organize Kingston School of Art’s Year 2 exhibition. Over three months, we raised £6,000 through art sales, bake sales, and music events, with support from KU Backer and a loyalty points system that drove engagement. I oversaw branding, exhibition design, and social media marketing, growing our Instagram following to 1,000+ within a month. Collaborating closely with my team, I managed curation, space planning, and set design to ensure a seamless visitor experience. We transformed Fusebox into an immersive exhibition showcasing 40+ artworks, film screenings, 3D prints, and a sellers' market, attracting 150+ visitors daily. Through effective teamwork and strategic planning, we successfully turned an ambitious vision into a vibrant, well-executed event.
